Each tea is specifically chosen by the foods and colors in the blend that will most directly open up the chakra you would like to address.  Lady Grey, a black tea, is a unique spin off of Earl Grey, a classic tea, this one is special because it features thedelicate and calming flavorr of lavendar.  It is named "Onenessn" and will address your Seventh Chakra - which is located at the crown of your head and is represented by the color violet. Ingredients: Indian Black Tea, Lavender Flowers, NA Flavors. 45 grams (1.59 oz.)

Brewing Instructions: A flat teaspoon of tea is required for a 6 oz. cup of water.  For Black Tea use steaming hot water, steep for 2-3 min., 2-3 infusions can be made for each serving.  Each bag contains approxmately 25 cups of loose tea (about 50-75 infusions)
