Ingredients: All Organic Black Cohosh*, dandelion, dong quai*, mugwort*, nettles, red raspberry, tulsi, vitex* (Chaste Tree Berry). 49 grams (1.73 oz.) *avoid during pregnancy or nursing.

Brewing Instructions: A flat teaspoon of tea is required for a 6 oz. cup of water.  For Green Tea use steaming hot water, steep for 2-3 min., 2-3 infusions can be made for each serving.  Each bag contains approxmately 25 cups of loose tea (about 50-75 infusions)
