Each tea is specifically chosen by the foods and colors in the blend that will most directly open up the chakra you would like to address.  Cherry Rose Sencha, a green tea with flecks of cherry and red roses is named "Centered" and will address your First Chakra - which is represented by the color red. Ingredients: Organic Sencha, Rose Petals, Cherries, NA Flavors. 50 grams (1.76 oz.)

Brewing Instructions: A flat teaspoon of tea is required for a 6 oz. cup of water.  For Green Tea use steaming hot water, steep for 2-3 min., 2-3 infusions can be made for each serving.  Each bag contains approxmately 25 cups of loose tea (about 50-75 infusions)
