Traditionally the above song is played at the end of every Kundalini yoga class in the US as a farewell blessing. I thought it was appropriate to share this with all of you in saying farewell to 2011, and in blessing us in the upcoming 2012.

I would also like to give all of you a heartfelt thank you. I am humbled and honored by your presence every single day and so very grateful to have you be such a strong force in my every day life.  In 2012 look for lots of new and exciting things, as we welcome lots of new adventures!
