Description
I used to be a stressed, over worked scientist working in corporate America. Although I 'seemed' successful, I felt like something was missing. Through my yoga practice and through receiving life coaching, I had an amazing break through and left my scientific career and lost 50 pounds.
I reconnected to my authentic self and shifted my life completely! I got certified as a yoga teacher and a life coach and opened my business, LunaGaia.
It is now my mission to support other women to get unstuck and connect to their inner wisdom.
